About Human Biobank

The Seoul National University Hospital Human Biobank collects, stores, and manages human bioresources such as blood and body fluids obtained from patients through standardized procedures, and provides them to researchers. Through systematic quality management and data linkage, we offer researchers highly reliable biospecimen.

The Seoul National University Hospital Human Biobank was designated in 2010 as part of the Korea Biobank Project led by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, and to this day continues to serve as a lead institution for the Human Biobank specialization support program.
