Storage & Management
Storage & Management
Human biospecimens at the Seoul National University Hospital Human Biobank are collected in accordance with standardized procedures (SOPs). They are stored under stable conditions in ultra-low-temperature freezers and liquid nitrogen tanks for long-term preservation.
All biospecimens are stored in systems designed to provide optimal preservation conditions. Their statue is monitored in real time through a temperature-monitoring system, and systematic quality control (QC) is performed to ensure their quality and reliability for research use.

Quality Control (QC)
